A response from one of our team within 10 minutes will ensure your enquiry or order is prioritised on the system


Once a booking is confirmed, the admin team will load the job on to our planning software ready for it to be scheduled with a driver, for the correct day and time window given


On the day of collection, the details will be sent to the drivers app on a dedicated tablet and the POC process within the HallStone app will begin. Detailed mandatory pictures and checks will be done and this will be submitted on to the app 


When delivery occurs, the customer/end user or dealer will sign the POD and this will automatically generate a delivery note, containing pictures and signatures along with a date and time stamp


An invoice will be generated by our software to include the agreed movement cost plus any additions, such as fuel, tolls, etc. We operate a fully transparent fuel policy and receipts for proof can be found within POD
